Description: This course combines environmental education from Project Learning Tree (PLT) and clean energy education from Renewable Energy Alaska Project (REAP) to provide you the knowledge, curriculum, and tools to teach your students with engaging, standards-based lessons. With course registration, you will receive a kit of supplies for you to engage in several hands-on activities and keep for use with your own students. As a new course, previous participants in PLT's and REAP's classes can earn a new credit. This course is completely asynchronous and will be completed on your own time during ASDSA. Target audience is K-8 teachers, but content can easily be adapted for 9-12.

Instructor Note: Teachers will be reimbursed for the cost of the credit upon completion of the course.
